regular guy or gal could get in trouble pretty easy with those rules.

The sodomite propagandists are
making full use of America's tax-funded education system. The Gay Lesbian
Straight Education Network is one of the organizations leading the charge
on that front. A tour around GLSEN's web site at
www.glsen.org
is a real eye-opener for those with eyes to see. For instance, GLSEN has a
document posted from the Transgender Law Center which provides
"Transgender
and Gender Non-Conforming Youth: Recommendations for Schools."
The document, which just happens to have been provided by a group of
lawyers (hint, hint) provides two "Overall Recommendations" for
school districts which are as follows:
A) To protect transgender and gender non-conforming
students by creating an explicit anti-discrimination and anti-harassment
policy--and to enforce these policies meaningfully.
B) To train all teachers, administrators, counselors, and students in
transgender sensitivity, in what it means to treat all people respectfully
and equally.
The document also contains a
series of "Specific Problems and Recommendations." School
officials are ordered--we meant to say recommended--to allow boys who
think they are girls to use girls' bathrooms and locker rooms. Vice versa
for the girls who have decided, against all evidence, that they are boys.
Rather than list all the orders--we meant to say recommendations--to the
school districts by the Transgender Law Center, we will simply encourage
you to check out GLSEN's web site yourselves.
However, in case you do not do so, here are a couple of the
"recommendations" which should make any liberty-loving, sane
person sit up and take notice, not to mention action. The reader should
keep in mind that GLSEN and Co. define gender as "a psychosocial
construct used to classify a person as male, female, both or neither"
(see "Guide
to Using the Gender Variance Model"). In other words, in the
sodomites' definition, gender is a construct which allows a person to
whimsically decide to be a girl or boy or neither or both or something
different every day.
Problem 1: Incorrect and Disrespectful Use of Names
and Pronouns
Frequently, transgender and gender non-conforming students are not
addressed by the appropriate pronouns or names. Having our gender
recognized and validated is important for our emotional health.
Recommendation 1: Correct Names/Pronouns--according to student
self-identification
Transgender and gender non-conforming students have the right to be
addressed by a name and pronoun corresponding to their gender identity.
This is true regardless of whether the student has obtained a court
ordered name or gender change. Intentionally addressing a student by the
incorrect name or pronoun is a form of discrimination. The directive does
not prohibit inadvertent slips or honest mistakes, but it does apply to an
intentional and persistent refusal to respect a student's gender identity.
Students who wish to use pronouns other than the masculine or the feminine
(such as zhe and hir) need to be respected equally.
Isn't it delightful that the
"directive" allows students and teachers to inadvertently slip
or make an honest mistake and call a girl she or a boy he? Of course,
"intentional and persistent refusal" to stupidly use masculine
nouns and pronouns for a male and feminine nouns and pronouns for a female
is not to be tolerated in the world order the sodomites are constructing,
beginning with this nation's government school system. Read the GLSEN
document for yourself. In case you do not read it, we will leave you with
two more of the Transgender Law Center's "recommendations":
Recommendation 7: Confidentiality
A school should never disclose the student's gender non-conformity or
being transgender to the student's parents unless the student consents.
Recommendation 8: More role models and access to accurate information
Schools should make an effort to employ transgender and gender
non-conforming teachers. Schools should have books about transgender and
gender non-conforming people. Schools should make sure that everyone is
aware that there is a great human gender diversity that certainly includes
female and male, but goes far beyond.
